Jabulani Transit Oriented Development: Phase 6 involved the upgrade of a sports field and associated infrastructure into a Community Sports Facility. Scope of works included:
- Reconstruction of existing roadway and new roadworks;
- Stormwater drainage including attenuation pond;
- Municipal services infrastructure;
- Platform design including the design of an international sized soccer field;
- Non-Motorized Transport (NMT);
- Parking facilities;
- Outdoor gym and kids play area;
- Swimming pools;
Multi-purpose outdoor court.
