SAICE Western Cape Regional Award for Excellence in Civil Engineering for the MyCiTi BRT System The Blaauwberg and Potsdam Roads Integrated Rapid Transit (IRT) Project was presented with the 2014 SAICE Regional Award for Technical Excellence in Civil Engineering at the Western Cape Branch Annual Dinner held at Kelvin Grove on 7 October 2014. The Award adds to the growing list of accolades HHO Africa and the MyCITI team have received for the Atlantis Corridor 'MyCITI' IRT System. HHO, in partnership with its client, the City of Cape Town, and a large team of sub-consultants, have been instrumental in developing a world-class public transport network along the Atlantis Corridor since first appointed in 2007. Receiving the SAICE Regional Award for Technical Excellence, HHO were joined by the City of Cape Town, our client and Martin & East, the contractor on both projects.
