His main areas of expertise are institutional support, contract documentation, roads, water and transportation.

Lihan heads up the Traffic Engineering and Transportation Department at HHO and has over 20 years of experience in Traffic Engineering. He is actively involved in a range of projects including Traffic Impact Studies, Road and Intersection Planning & Design, Capacity Analysis, Traffic Modelling, Road Scheme Designs, Road Safety Audits and Bus Rapid Transit Planning & Design.

Gustav is a registered Professional Technologist and for the bulk of his over 20 years of experience, he has been working in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, on technically demanding projects such as the Ugie-Langeni Mountain Pass. As a roads and infrastructure project manager, he has extensive experience in contract management, design, documentation and administration.
Andrew is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Masters degree in Structures from the University of Cape Town, where the focus of his postgraduate research was the repair and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete structures. He has over 18 years of experience, during which he has worked on several high profile bridge projects. He is an accredited Senior Bridge Inspector and specialises in both the design of new bridges and the refurbishment and repair of existing structures.
Andrew heads the Structures Department at HHO and is passionate about providing solutions for clients that are optimised, rational, constructible and durable.
Leswill is a registered Professional Technologist with 18 years of experience in the design and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete (RC), structural steel, timber and masonry structures. He is proficient in both building and bridge design. His portfolio includes a variety of projects such as multi-storey buildings, warehouses and bridges. Additionally, he holds accreditation as a COTO bridge inspector. Leswill has also contributed to the design team for Category II Dam and water treatment works, with a specific focus on structural components.

Her main areas of expertise are in urban road geometric design, services reticulation planning & design and she has a special interest in hydrology and stormwater hydraulics. Megan has also taken on the role of project manager on several multi-disciplinary projects, managing them from inception through to close-out.
