Stef Naudé is a professionally registered planner and has Masters degrees in Planning and Engineering Management from the University of Cape Town. He has over 30 years of experience in a wide range of transport planning and traffic engineering related projects. He has led research projects, which include the investigation of appropriate design guidelines for public transport interchange facilities, formulating guidelines for public transport impact assessments and evaluation frameworks for the assessment of “mega projects”, as well as an international review of light rail transit systems.

Gustav is a registered Professional Engineer and for the bulk of his over 20 years of experience, he has been working in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, on technically demanding projects such as the Ugie – Langeni Mountain Pass. As a roads and infrastructure project manager, he has extensive experience in contract management, design, documentation and administration.

Andrew is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Masters degree in Structures from the University of Cape Town, where the focus of his postgraduate research was the repair and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete structures. He has over 18 years of experience, during which he has worked on several high profile bridge projects. He is an accredited Senior Bridge Inspector and specialises in both the design of new bridges and the refurbishment and repair of existing structures.

Leswill is a registered Professional Technologist with 18 years of experience in the design and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete (RC), structural steel, timber and masonry structures. He is proficient in both building and bridge design. His portfolio includes a variety of projects such as multi-storey buildings, warehouses and bridges. Additionally, he holds accreditation as a COTO bridge inspector. Leswill has also contributed to the design team for Category II Dam and water treatment works, with a specific focus on structural components.
