Century City Development, Cape Town, South Africa

HHO undertook the planning, design and implementation of the urban roads and services for several residential, office, mixed- use and educational precincts within this 250 ha development. Services design were undertaken for water supply, sewerage, pump stations, irrigation, storm water and the relocation of electrical and telecoms.

Claremont Boulevard Upgrade, Cape Town, South Africa

HHO undertook the planning, design and implementation of this critical bypass link to the Claremont CBD, which incorporated the roadway design, relocation of municipal services, provision of storm water facilities and NMT access to the Claremont Rail Station and Bus & Taxi facilities.

Big Bay Development, Cape Town, South Africa

HHO was responsible for the planning and design of the road network and residential developments in this large urban development, which boasts iconic views of Table Mountain. Aspects of the design services were the roadway design, relocation of municipal services, provision of water, sewer and storm water services and NMT infrastructure.
